I've been staying here off and on for a few years now. The location is great. You can just park and really not have to drive your entire stay. The staff including the house keeping staff are very nice, friendly and helpful. During my most recent stay I had a little situation come up and all the staff was very accommodating and professional about it. The rooms look nothing like the pictures. There is a very strong, unpleasant odor—likely from dirty carpeting and possibly mold. The rooms also have almost no natural light and very dim lighting. We requested a different room and were shown three others, all with the same issues. The staff told us that this is simply how the place is. Went to the website on Friday morning (Dec 12th) to reserve a room for Saturday (Dec 13th). Got it all booked, took a screen shot of the itinerary number and thought I was good to go. (Didn't look at my email tho so my fault). Drove 7 hours on Saturday to get to the inn. (Used to stay here all the time when I was married cause of how close it's to the beach, restaurants, etc and the price). This place is in a great Location! Very close to the beach, restaurants, Crystal pier and tourist sights are all close it has free parking! no breakfast or coffee or pool at location, but is at another property to use, we tried to get coffee but it was closed on that day, we didn't check out the pool. Close to the airport. The price was good. Easy check in. Clean room. Ice machine and vending machine worked. Outdoor seating area was pretty. The location was amazing! Steps away from the beach. Walkable distance to food, shopping, and public bus. Quiet and safe for my solo trip. - 10/10.
