Hadier Morsy, operation manager behavior is very concerning. During my interaction with her, I observed her comments regarding different cultural and religious backgrounds appeared unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. This experience led me to question whether the hotel fosters an inclusive environment for both staff and customers. Based on my experience, I would consider exploring other options.

Had a wonderful event at one of their hotels. Food was great and the sales team was super responsive, friendly and accommodating. Really appreciated the quick responses to my emails. Would definitely return for meetings.

Horrible company. I called for months about getting my security deposit back and no one bothered to call me back. After repeatedly calling and being bounced around to several people, I spoke to someone who told me that I owe them $10 in addition to them keeping my $750 for leaving the apartment a mess. I have pictures of the unit before I vacated the unit. I will be suing them for my money back. Pacifica SD Management are lying thieves.
