The location and 5minute walk to the beach is the BEST at this hotel. I loved that….But the noise from other tenants above us all night was not other than that it was pretty quiet. I called to ask for more towels but they never came to bring any. AND Please remove the OLD carpeting it had such an odor that I couldn’t sleep well. Also, the heat did not work.
Stayed here and Marlene and Carla helped me out. Their customers service was amazing and they were both extremely helpful and accommodating. Pleasantly surprised at how affordable the rates are and how large and clean the rooms were!
The location was good for our needs, everything else was meh. The room was uncomfortable. No counter space in the bathroom. The sink sat on top of the counter and was really high for a short person. Issue with towels. Originally no hand towels or wash cloths. Second day no towels at all. Third day had to ask again.
Would stay over again. It was a nice place. It's spacious, with all the furniture you need; having the small kitchen is great for saving some money in meals. Smells a little humid but it's clean. No bugs at all, which is great. Very close to the beach, but pool was closed tho. Chose the place because it was like 15 minutes away from the SeaWorld. My room/bedding had hairs on every pillow, and hairs and gross stains (some of which were just tiny little things, but also a few fairly large stains) on both the quilt and sheet below. Everything else was fine and dandy, but when I feel compelled to strip the bed and sleep with just the top sheets, that's a 1 star night!
