Was preapproved for a loan, was told to start looking at houses and when my loan officer went on sick leave his unprofessional manager Leann took charge and said that I am actually not preapproved and didn’t give an apology for THEIR miscalculations until she realized I am upset and then finally gave me a call and gave a robotic apology.
