Completely useless black-haired woman teller on 3/3/2025. Refused to take a 100 dollar bill because the machine “refused” to take it. Went to a ATM at a different location and the machine took my money just fine. This person made NO effort to accommodate a customer. The branch on Blue Diamond is much better than this place

I make a lot of online purchases, and in the process, someone hacked my account. I went into the Rainbow location, where Taylor assisted me in amending my account and sorting through the charges. I don't think I was in there even ten minutes and walked out with a new card and cleared charges. He made what can be a very intimidating situation very smooth, and peacefully remedied. Cannot recommend this location and gentleman enough. Thank you again, Taylor!
