Yes this is my first time at this establishment as soon as I walked in I was greeted by Miss Krystal who was so kind and pleasant after getting off work being tired I was able to come in take care of opening up a new account in a matter of minutes with a small on my face Thank you Miss Krystal
My husband’s card was taken off 3 times with this bank and no one ever told him or called him and they were all new cards too not expired at all no issues with anything just out of no we’re 3 times in one week card disappeared off online account very disappointed with this bank! Was good at first but now just wonder were the hell are his cards! Corporate needs to get involved and explain them self’s !
Crystal Freeman has great customer service she’s very patient and friendly she helped us set up a joint account for the first time and was the best!
I came in a little frustrated with little Jessica. She had so much professionalism. She did not let my day overwhelm her. I came back and she was able to help me moving forward. I highly recommend Jessica. She has very great customer service. Even on your worst days I highly recommend her.
