Becca was amazing at helping me out today. Prior to coming in I knew very little about banks in general and she provided me all the necessary information as well as helped me open an account. I appreciate her kindness and patience with me!
Opened this account May 8th.... still haven't received my debit card. Had the lady in the branch on Craig Rd tell me that a card would be sent to me automatically once opening my account. I did not learn till I called, to see where my card is... that is NOT the case. I would have to order card from website, that she helped me with. She also informed me that the lady at the branch on Craig Rd, could have given me a card if I didn't order one online.
