Ms.Arlene , was so amazing! I came in and i didn't even have to wait 5 minutes before i was helped. Ms. Arlene went above and beyond and i recommend that you ask for Ms Arlene when visiting the branch. Excellent customer services and great background music too!

I love how you have money in the bank but yet, when you made purchases you are charged overdrafts fees are wracked up and you wake up to being -557.00 negative in the bank? How is this possible? If you want to be poor then keep banking with them. As soon as I get this resolved I will NEVER ever bank with them again, nor will I ever recommend them to anyone. This bank is scamming money from me
