I had a great experience at One Nevada Credit Union thanks to Arlene. She provided excellent service, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and made the whole process smooth and stress free. I definitely recommend stopping by and asking for her if you need help she’ll take good care of you!
Ms.Arlene , was so amazing! I came in and i didn't even have to wait 5 minutes before i was helped. Ms. Arlene went above and beyond and i recommend that you ask for Ms Arlene when visiting the branch. Excellent customer services and great background music too!
I have been a member since the early 1980's. The CU is and always has been excellent. Most recently wanted to get a HELOC and Joanna Ballangao was also excellent. She made the process as easy as possible, was fully transparent, professional and personable throughout.
Joanna Ballangoa was terrific, very friendly and great customer service. She was very patient and worked on getting my auto loan process. Definitely recommend 5 stars.
