We love Donna @ the Serene location. This was the best experience buying a car in my lifetime. She was extremely patient answering all of our questions while my husband and I purchased 2 cars in one weekend! She was our life saver! She is so knowledgeable! She is so good at her job!!! First time visit here was pleasant. Donna was fantastic when providing service for a car loan. Calm demeanor, humorous, and takes the time to help you out to get things done in a timely manner. I really do appreciate her patience to reach out from time to time for get a time sensitive request, and to keep me well informed of what to expect. As the bank location and its team, it can be small compared to some of the bigger banks. 3 people as far as i can see and a ATM machine. Donna Echols is an absolute life saver. I just came back from my cruise and the cruise line overdrafted my account by putting hold on the card and charging me my whole sum at once. Between calling both the bank and the liner, coming to see Donna was the only way I could get any funds from my account to eat until the holds fell off.
