First time visit here was pleasant. Donna was fantastic when providing service for a car loan. Calm demeanor, humorous, and takes the time to help you out to get things done in a timely manner. I really do appreciate her patience to reach out from time to time for get a time sensitive request, and to keep me well informed of what to expect. As the bank location and its team, it can be small compared to some of the bigger banks. 3 people as far as i can see and a ATM machine. It seems that people come and go relatively fast.... read more
Donna is by far the greatest banker I’ve ever worked with. She efficient and looked out for my best interest. She got me the best interest rate. Go here for all loan needs.
Donna Echols is an absolute life saver. I just came back from my cruise and the cruise line overdrafted my account by putting hold on the card and charging me my whole sum at once. Between calling both the bank and the liner, coming to see Donna was the only way I could get any funds from my account to eat until the holds fell off.
I came in today to simply make a payment on my car loan, and left as a new one nevada customer. Donna was amazing helping me get my account set up and linked to my car loan account!
Donna was wonderful. She took care of all our banking needs( and they were a lot). I would give her 6 stars
