Victoria was great!! She helped me so much in getting a new card. I 100 percent recommend to see whether you’re opening an account. She also took her time as well.
I have been a customer of one Nevada for many years and finance my vehicles through them . I always have a good experience, but the service I got from Victoria Pack at the El Capitan brunch has cemented my loyalty to them . It was simply exceptional! She is patient and diligent . If you bank any where but One Nevada your throwing money away. I have banked here for over 20 years. The staff at every location I have been are are friendly, professional, knowledgeable and just good people. I would never bank anywhere else.

Summary: Disappointing. I was shopping around for a new credit union/bank and, after seeing such recent glowing reviews, I decided to join this one. Prior to showing up, I perused their site, looked into their rates, services, etc. and all looked decent. I rarely get days off from work, so my expectation was to spend 30-45mins and open a checking and savings account.
