I have been a customer of one Nevada for many years and finance my vehicles through them . I always have a good experience, but the service I got from Victoria Pack at the El Capitan brunch has cemented my loyalty to them . It was simply exceptional! She is patient and diligent . I came back a bunch of times and asked a million questions and she was extremely patient . And not in that forced robotic way that most bankers are , but genuinely helpful . If you bank any where but One Nevada your throwing money away. I have banked here for over 20 years. The staff at every location I have been are are friendly, professional, knowledgeable and just good people. I would never bank anywhere else.
Summary: Disappointing. I was shopping around for a new credit union/bank and, after seeing such recent glowing reviews, I decided to join this one. Prior to showing up, I perused their site, looked into their rates, services, etc. and all looked decent. I rarely get days off from work, so my expectation was to spend 30-45mins and open a checking and savings account. Easy to apply, online access for all available features. Great customer support and service. Nadia was great getting us started and explaining all the features on the mobile app.
Came in here 12 minutes before they closed for holiday break to open a new account. Most places would turn me away, but not One Nevada. The branch manager Efrain was very welcoming and happy to assist me in opening a new account, even though it could cut into his holiday time. He was quick in getting the account setup but did not make me feel rushed, and answered any questions I had. This is exemplary customer service and another reason I’m happy to take my business from Citibank to this local credit union. Highly recommend!
