Between my wife and I (we have separate accounts with access to each others) we have had to have our card replaced 3 times each because of fraudulent charges and had our online account accessed and money taken from us twice, All in the last 3 years. Once when my wife called their 1-800# directly it was reroute to a scammer and most recently I had the bank call me and had my personal information but was a scammer. I want to thank Robin VP and Delaina for their support with my loan issues today. both of them were very responsive and accepting of helping me through a tough time regarding a car loan i obtained years ago. Even though we couldn't come to a full resolution (i dont think anyone ever does) they are both very willing to do everything they can to help you through any situation. The worst credit union have worked with the fraud departments the worst. I called them after I found out that my card number was being used to make purchases. It's been over a year and I still haven't resolved this issue and calling them is almost impossible And after I reached someone they hung up five times. I emailed but same issue this credit union gets a 2 for a reason everyone has issues. Terrible “credit union” is basically a bad bank using a credit union as cover. Stay away. They also expect you to use the drive thru atm after hours despite having a separate foyer room with an atm in it and they are not part of the credit coop network. Cant imagine the benefit of keeping an account here.
