Our highest compliments to Maelani who works at the Summerlin branch of Nevada One Credit Union. She has a very welcoming personality. My sister and I met with her several times. Each time Maelani greeted us with a smile and always answered our questions. In our minds she has a very good working knowledge of the computer system used at Nevada One. Maelani is very respectful and polite. We feel very appreciative to have worked with her.
I found out first hand for myself this week that ONCU has the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. I came into the branch to open an account that I could not open online because of some issue I could not resolve on my own. I had explained that to the agent and gave them all the important documentation needed to open an account.
