The Best One Nevada Branch in Las Vegas! Kind environment, and always fell like a Family Environment! I go out of my way to come to this Branch. Raven is my favorite. Always extra friendly and helpful!!!

The lady in the burgundy shirt and short hair is beyond rude. Especially when I'm 45min before y'all close and you can't even listen to a couple simple questions I have. Instead you interrupt me and tell me to use a ATM without letting me even finish. I would avoid this branch at all costs thanks for your help and excellent customer service. I'll gladly close this account and take my business accounts somewhere else

Had a horrible experience initially at Fort Apache Branch with Rebecca. She made me feel unwanted and couldn’t get rid of me fast enough since it was the end of the day. Went to Summerlin Branch and Raven & Susan went above and beyond to make sure my account was fixed and I could access my $. Would come back anytime to this branch. Women were amazing!
