Rebecca is one of the best branch managers i have dealt with at one nevada. She is friendly. And took her time to help us and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of all at one rather then pushing us off. She was very considerate and personable. I had a disappointing experience with One Nevada Credit Union. After opening an account, I was charged a $5 maintenance fee and a $25 early account closure fee that were not clearly explained to me at the time of account opening. Transparency about fees is extremely important, and I do not believe these charges were properly disclosed. When I contacted them to resolve the issue, I did not receive a satisfactory solution. Customers should be fully informed about any potential fees upfront, especially early closure penalties.... read more
