I had a disappointing experience with One Nevada Credit Union. After opening an account, I was charged a $5 maintenance fee and a $25 early account closure fee that were not clearly explained to me at the time of account opening. Transparency about fees is extremely important, and I do not believe these charges were properly disclosed. When I contacted them to resolve the issue, I did not receive a satisfactory solution. Customers should be fully informed about any potential fees upfront, especially early closure penalties.... read more

Rebecca was awesome at helping us out with refinancing our auto loan! Quick easy process and she was super helpful at walking us through the process.
