Today I had a great customer service experience with LaToya McGahee at One Nevada Credit Union. She was very professional, patient, and helpful, taking the time to answer all of my questions. I truly appreciate her excellent service and kindness.

First off, Everyone that I have spoken to has been pleasant and great. Latoya has been my main point of contact and shes been awesome. I will say, there was a little bit of an issue I was having with the bank(but even the person who called and told me about the issue was absolutely great over the phone.) Latoya reached back out and informed me of ways the bank would work with me. They tried for me and that was awesome to see. They are an awesome team of individuals and I appreciate them showing they care.
