Latoya Mcgahee helped me and my husband reopen our account and she was so amazing!! She explained everything very thoroughly and even helped us set up our online access. 10/10 I took her business card and will be asking for her every time I visit this branch in person.
I've been here like three times, and every single time I've gotten exceptional service: exceptionally fast, exceptionally helpful, and exceptionally customer friendly. Special shout out to LaToya, who helped me deal with some fees I didn't even know I'd accrued and showed me a bunch of helpful features on the app I wasn't aware of! 10/10 banking service, no notes.
First off, Everyone that I have spoken to has been pleasant and great. Latoya has been my main point of contact and shes been awesome. I will say, there was a little bit of an issue I was having with the bank(but even the person who called and told me about the issue was absolutely great over the phone.) Latoya reached back out and informed me of ways the bank would work with me. They tried for me and that was awesome to see. They are an awesome team of individuals and I appreciate them showing they care.
