Every visit confirms this is a well managed group of professionals. They're ways diligent and genuinely helpful. My wife and I prefer to still do many banking errrands in person and we have had great success with One Nevada Credit Union.
Went in after starting online. Was helped by Nicole and Erin on an account update and assistance with the deposit atm. These two ladies were amazing! Great customer service, transparent with everything, and we were in and out pretty fast!
Came in to open an account and it was very fast easy and very efficient with the help of Abril Ramirez-Nunez. She helped me through every step and she made sure I understood what I was getting. Definitely would recommend going to her for help!!
I had all kind of things going on this morning. I had to change my address I couldn’t get online access my card got taken by the ATM. Sasha help me promptly. She was very very sweet and patient with me. Even after finishing up everything I leave my card in the atm and she runs out to my car to make sure I had my card. I was having a rough morning she took care of everything. Definitely great customer service!
This is the worst bank I have ever experienced. Their employees are a bunch of old people that don't know any kind of technology and have premade excuses for any issue they hear. I work more hours than this bank is open for. They are barely open 40 hours a week and they don't even have a dedicated fraud or card services department. It is a third party with a foreign call center who will ask you what bank you are calling about. This is the 4th year in a row that my card information was stolen and fraud committed on my account... read more
