I've had accounts with other credit union banks in the past, but visiting this One Nevada was easily my best experience as a customer. Been doing business with this branch for a while and I came in today for the first time in a LONG time. Ms Sasha helped me out A TON with my issues and even positively changed how I do business with One Nevada. Anybody who comes in should hope to have her help them out.
Ms.Greer was very knowledgeable about the financial products available to me. I decided to take advantage of the 5.74 special financing rate, and making a deal was very easy. She answered all my questions and I left the bank with confidence and happiness!
I’m extremely disappointed by the way my wife and I were treated today at One Nevada Credit Union. We came in to complete a wire transfer, a routine transaction we’ve done before, and were met with suspicion and hostility by an employee named Abril Nunez.
