At this Williamsburg location, James R. provides excellent customer service. He has great qualities, and I would recommend as management. But I know what often happens to those who go into management, and I would hate to see him change.

Old Point National Bank is the worst by far, I'm constantly being locked out of my account and have to jump through hoops to get it unlocked! Transfers you to an automatic voice-mail when you get upset because they lock you out of your account. No one seems to know anything. The one in Williamsburg is a joke. I can't even post unless I give them a star which is kind of stupid.
