Never sign up for their ACH transfer filter it’s impossible to get them to turn it off. We have been trying for almost a year and are still being charged every month. Emails and phone calls get you nowhere. Today they lied about reaching out to us “last week” but said they’d only give us 3 months refund. Despite having all the cancellation paperwork 9 months ago. It’s a complete scam. Go with another bank/cu.
