As part of the switch from Old Point to Towne Bank I have now been unable to access my funds for 20 days. At what started as "you will notice no changes and not be affected" has become an absolute nightmare. They clearly were not prepared for this merger and I would love to know how Towne Bank will be covering all of my late fees and such from being unable to access my account. I love this bank! I’ve been with them since 1999. They’ve saved me many time from people trying to steal my money.
1 bank teller and. (The branch manager) the other worker besides the teller, is the slowest ever. It's 4 chairs in the waiting area, and wait you will.
They should have at least 2 locations open on Saturday. All the other banks do, but not this one. SMH
3 stars for not opening up on time today. Otherwise I have been a customer since 1997....
