I have been a customer of Old Point by way of my job on Granby for close to a decade. Shawanna and Val are top notch! I can be in the worst mood and they are always smiling and go above and beyond to let me know I am a valued customer. I am currently moving all of my personal accounts to them. Customer Service is top notch and by far, the best banking team I have ever worked with! These two ladies are absolutely amazing!
Worst bank I’ve ever been to. On multiple occasions I’ve been to this branch and they can never accommodate you. No matter what you’re trying to get they can’t do it. The vault manager is never around you usually have to come back later for anything over $2000. If this wasn’t the bank I had to bank with, I definitely wouldn’t. One girl that works the drive through window is pleasant the rest of the employees that I’ve interacted with are rude and lack proper customer service skills.
Please do not do business with this clown show. Their rates aren’t competitive and their online banking is a joke. The only thing worse than the people who run old point national is their customer service.
Bad bad bad customer service!! Go to lunch right before I get to store. This place needs new management and employees
