Would not recommend. I had a loan with them and found it challenging to reach customer service. They were not understanding when I shared that I went through health issues that impacted my finances.
Lynda Phillips really helped me out when I found out that House of Maya Bridal was closed and being auctioned off. I was able to pick up my wedding gown the same day I heard about the auction on the news. I am beyond grateful that Old Point cares enough to ensure customers are able to pick up their dresses when most other banks would not go that extra mile!
Open by appointmen inside. Just drove from willoughby to do business and now am driving back empty handed.
By far the best bank I have ever dealt with, Lars And Jason are such a unique team that always gets the job done. I have been a customer for five years and look forward to many more.
