Would not recommend. I had a loan with them and found it challenging to reach customer service. They were not understanding when I shared that I went through health issues that impacted my finances.
Open by appointmen inside. Just drove from willoughby to do business and now am driving back empty handed.
Lynda Phillips really helped me out when I found out that House of Maya Bridal was closed and being auctioned off. I was able to pick up my wedding gown the same day I heard about the auction on the news. I am beyond grateful that Old Point cares enough to ensure customers are able to pick up their dresses when most other banks would not go that extra mile!
