Charges a dollar for any debit purchase, charges for replacement card, charge $35 for overdrafts, no call center customer service on weekends, mobile banking doesn't tell you where your transaction is pending, the app is trash, no refunded ATM fees, they can't make cards in house, mobile check depositing is clunky, very little locations, and you can only cancel a stolen card during business hours. I have used Old Point National Bank for many years, for many accounts. My experience has been very satisfying. The staff is outstanding and responsive. Bank fees are explained and not unexpected. 100% positive experience.
No matter what day I walk into this bank, I am greeted with kindness and professionalism by all. Thank you for being our neighborhood bank and for lending a hand to Norfolk CASA and our community!
A thief's bank..... For an account closed for months. it continues to charge you unnecessarily.... Even to my worst enemy I do not advise you to approach it.....
