I came in to open a business account today, and had a great experience. Susie helped me set everything up. She knew her system very well and was friendly and personable. We chatted through the process like we'd known each other for years, sharing common interests and short stories about experiences we've had throughout life. Great employee! I look forward to doing my banking with Old Point through my small business. Thanks again for the help and great recommendations

Took a friend here to do business through the drive thru. The people are friendly and happy to help. We were in and out the drive thru in no time. I like the fact, that the teller actually knows her customers and greets them with a smile. Perhaps at some point I will use this service as well.

Bad attention from the staff, they are racist and little tolerant with Spanish-speaking people. They lied when they told me that an employee of the agency spoke Spanish and could help me, when the employee approached me he did not know any Spanish, he just said "hola como estas" and obviously that did not help me at all to solve my problem. When I opened my account they failed to warn me about some extra charges when using my card, some benefits, etc. Both "ladies" arerude, their names are Kim and Rita

Lisa McNeil is amazing to work with. Humorous, professional, and diligent to get the best rate. I feel like she works tirelessly to get the best result for the customer! Lisa McNeil mortgage officer is the best of the best!

They are rude. It doesn’t seem like they even want to be there. This new staff acts like you are bothering them. They don’t greet you or make you feel welcomed at all. Work on it!
