We stayed at Oceanview Inn over Labor Day weekend and had an amazing time! The hotel is super close to the beach, so we hardly needed to drive anywhere. The rooms were spotless, and the newly remodeled area is really beautiful. Our room was huge—plenty of space for all our things (and with two kids, that’s saying a lot!) without ever feeling crowded. Took a short notice overnight stay for a day trip mid-week. Price was reasonable and reservation process was simple (all online). When I arrived the check in went smoothly and the desk clerk was friendly. Answered all my questions, very helpful. Room was very clean and updated. Would recommend.

Ok for a short, cheap, spur of the moment stay at the beach. We stayed for 2 nights. It's a basic room. It was clean enough. Not perfect. But not bad enough to nitpick. Don't spend a lot of time in the room away. It's a bit of a hike to the beach. Kinda want to take away a star for location. But can't complain. They say they are 250 yards from the beach and it's every bit of it. I let them keep the star because they're on Emerald Isle. We like that area a lot and usually rent a house. My family and I stayed here on a short vacation! Short walk to the beach. We had a suite for a reasonable price. Very friendly staff!! Clean room!! Would highly recommend!!!

The location is the only positive for this establishment. On arrival, we sat in our car for no more 2 minutes, a small framed woman with salt and pepper hair armed with a cordless phone berated us and told us that we could not use the parking lot to turn around in. The most DISGUSTING welcome to Emerald Isle. We immediately cancelled and booked an Air BNB down the road.
