My family and I came to The Ocean Mist for 10+ nights.. we even changed rooms to be able to extend our stay last minute.. The housekeeping manger, rude, rude, rude. He walks around the property like he owns the place and rushed my mom out FIVE minutes after checkout (as she was putting our bags in the hallway).. Clyanneke at the front desk is AMAZING!! We just left this hotel and had a lovely time! Our room was cleaned daily, staff was friendly and we were RIGHT on the ocean. We had a cool view where we got two patios and my Husband and I enjoyed every moment on them. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool and the fire fit was quaint and sweet. We will absolutely be back again!

this place is terrible. They need to update their rooms SO bad. Everything is outdated. The rugs, walls, lamp heads, all stained. They have a kitchen with no pots, pans, silverware, NOTHING to cook with. Room service tried to come and clean our room at 8:30 in the morning and we asked them very nicely if they can come back in about 30 minutes, and they never came. I have stayed at this hotel before. The hotel is nice but not top notch. They just need to renovate the room and hotel grounds. I had a issue when I was checking in, they left a brand new TV on the loft level because the current TV wasn't working. The property manager was very nice and handsome (woo-hoo 😉) so he switched me and my family to a upgraded room for the inconvenience. This place is awful overall. Every single aspect of it. The only nice part is the ocean being so close. I booked it just for a few days for something to do and I wish I never did and I never will again. Room has stains running down the walls, bathroom shower has cracks in the wall, tv’s are from 2000, lamp shades are stained, and the rug has stain marks all over it.
