Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. This did not meet expectations. I would not recommend this hotel and would actually highly recommend staying somewhere else. To start, there was maybe one person working fluent in English- this includes the hotel and restaurant. Ordering food/drinks was not “easy” and taking kids for this who we encourage to order did not make matters easier. If this was the only complaint, I would not make a review. We have stayed a few times over the years we always get the good room with the jet tub never had an issue things were clean and decent but this time got to the room and it was cold turn the heat up left for dinner came back and it was still cold went to fill the tub and turned it on and there was mold and hair coming out of the jets it was disgusting so went to front desk all they said was they can send somebody to clean it and knock $25 off the bill and offered us free breakfast, but didn’t really do much for us because we ... read more

By far the cleanest Hotel I've seen. This place had a lot of thought into its design and layout. A Spa on lower level, Indoor pool and jacuzzi, outdoor pool and jacuzzi, movie room, bar, restaurant, breakfast, 10 meters from shopping, arcade games. The ID plans on this during design took a lot of time and thought. Great job here. Our room had complimentary bottle water, robes for everyone including kids and slippers. Stayed the last 2 nights. Hotel has a lot of amenities and the staff is nice. Good location. The HVAC in our room was so noisy we had to leave something leaning against it to stop the banging. The next night it would only blow hot air and the room was 82 degrees. Bathrooms are very dated and could use some maintenance. The spigot for the sink wasn’t attached to anything. Over all the best stay I have ever had. Let start with how nice the staff is Patrick was so sweet. Our first time but he told us about all the amenities spa was top notch. They have old movies and cards that you can borrow from the front desk. Pools are warm and really it’s a hot tub out doors.
