We will definately be back!! Super kid friendly! Had movie room for them to watch movies! Sauna, and outdoor/ indoor heated pools, gym and the lounge area was comfy and warm!! I love love the pillows and mattress!! Good size rooms! Love that Settler's Green is easy to walk to!
Stayed here for our wedding anniversary. It’s clean and cozy. The restaurant was amazing. The rooms have a mini fridge and microwave. Plenty of room, nice tv. Super close to shopping. Great for kids too.
Room very outdated. The whirlpool was clearly the original from the 70s, loud and jets weren't great. Whoever cleaned our room left the ice bucket full of melted ice on the counter and left a used robe on the sofa. Bar had zero NA offerings. Location was right on the middle of a shopping outlet. My massage at their spa was given by someone who also was the receptionist, so not even sure how trained she was. Our room could have been cleaned better. The remote didn’t work for the TV so maintenance had to find us a new one. Great location and amenities. There should really be an exhaust fan in the bathroom. Great hotel for families but many people don’t pay attention to the quiet hours at 10:00 PM. People were loud, slamming doors, running up and down the hallway, neighbors next door were stomping or jumping at 4:00AM. We came to North Conway for a family get-away and some Christmas shopping. We had a wonderful time in this lovely town. Our stay was highlighted by the comfortable and luxurious North Conway Grand Hotel. The staff were all friendly and helpful, the atmosphere was relaxed and all of the amenities added immensely to the three nights we had here.
