So many entertainment options, bathrobes in the room even for the kids, super friendly and helpful staff. This is one of our favorite hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Not over the top fancy, but perfect for a family. Didn’t get to experience the spa or little movie theater, but awesome that they’re available on site. Easy access to lots of shops & restaurants and all that the North Conway area has to offer. We will definitely be back.

Let's just start by saying that if you don't have kids never go here during vacation week. We went up just to get away for a couple of days and liked pictures of the place and it's location near everything. Couldn't enjoy the hot tub as it was loaded with kids. The outside tub wasn't hot and loaded with kids all day and night. If you have kids I highly recommend plenty to keep them busy. Men's sauna was out of order as well. Great hotel, staff was kind and attentive. The location was amazing. Walkable to food, shopping, arcade and more. Indoor pool and hot tub were large enough for the crowd. We did not try the outdoor pools (only 60 outside) but looked nice. Will be back!

We arrived early, and they let us check in early. We got a massage and facial at the spa. It was an amazing and relaxing spa experience. We also ordered the dessert from the restaurant and it was delicious! Thank you so much for a fabulous experience. We'll definitely be back!

Great location. Close to lots. Shopping outlet is adjacent. Rooms were pretty good. We have 1 bed suites. Decent sofa bed unusually. Front desk was bit slow. Pools were good. So to were hot tubs. 1 in and out doors. Decent little gym
