Excellent agency, the entire staff is very honest and attentive. Even though my vehicle is out of warranty, I still come for certain services. I highly recommend them.
The people who helped me were very kind.
Terrible customer service. I went to ask for information; I was dressed casually because I was cleaning and just happened to be there. The salesperson made faces at me, was rude and reluctant, but I only put up with it because I was genuinely interested. He said he'd send me a quote, but he never did. I went back, and it was the same thing. You only go there if you have the means to buy. I ended up buying a car at another dealership; I didn't want to go back there. Awful customer service.
The receptionist provided excellent service, attending to my needs at all times, and the customer service representative, Mr. José Angel, was also outstanding, always very approachable and helpful. Truly a 10 out of 10.
