Bad customer service. I went to ask for information, I was casual because I was cleaning and I passed by there. The advisor made faces at me, treated me rudely and reluctantly, I just put up with it because I was interested. He would send me a quote and he never made it. Come back and same thing. If one goes it is because you have to buy. I ended up buying a unit at another agency, I didn't want to go back there. Terrible attention to prospective clients.
It was excellent service from the receptionist who was attentive all the time to those who would need it and not to mention the customer service staff Mr. José Angel who at all times was very accessible and helpful, the truth is it is a 10 out of 10
