Very good service from all the staff, excellent auto service. I've taken my car for general service, and I've had a good experience there. You can schedule an appointment, although they may run a little late, but you'll be satisfied with the work. There's ample parking and wheelchair ramps. It's an accessible location. The cost is a bit higher than at other locations. But you can check it on the website.

I tried to schedule an appointment to view a new vehicle by phone three times, but the switchboard was faulty. They contacted me via WhatsApp. The appointment was for 5:00 PM. When I arrived, it didn't appear on the scheduled appointment screen. They made me wait for 20 minutes. The agent approached me to tell me she was serving other customers and that she would see me shortly.

Good customer service, the only thing to note is that it seems that the appointment scheduled by phone did not appear in their database, this can cause delays in the customer's time.

Terrible service. They change parts without authorization and charge you for things that aren't included in the quote they mentioned. They don't follow up on the service, and the manager calls you to apologize and offer a solution. However, neither he nor his service center in Veracruz does so. Disgusting service. I wouldn't visit them again, nor do I recommend them.
