I tried to schedule an appointment to view a new vehicle by phone three times, but the switchboard was faulty. They contacted me via WhatsApp. The appointment was for 5:00 PM. When I arrived, it didn't appear on the scheduled appointment screen. They made me wait for 20 minutes. The agent approached me to tell me she was serving other customers and that she would see me shortly.

Very good attention from all the staff, excellent service for the cars, I have taken my car for general service, I have had a good experience in this place. You can schedule even if they are a little late, but you are satisfied with the work. It has ample parking and ramps for wheelchairs. It is an accessible place. The cost is a little higher than in other branches. But you can check it from the page

Buen servicio de atención, lo único a observar es que pareciera que la cita agendada vía telefónica no aparecía en su base de datos, eso puede causar atrasos en el tiempo del cliente

Terrible service, they make changes to parts without authorization and charge you what is not within the quote they mention to you, they do not follow up on the service and the manager calls you to apologize and give you a solution, however neither he nor the Your service center in Veracruz, disgusting service, I would not visit it again nor do I recommend it.
