Last November, I took my car in for service and asked if they could replace the fog light bulbs. That's when my ordeal began. They sent me to the parts department to look for it, told me they had it, and that it cost a certain amount. I insisted they replace it. When I returned to pick it up, they told me they didn't have it and that they had made a mistake with the price.
