We arrived after midnight and instead of a ghost town, there was Nick with a luggage cart and a bright smile waiting for us. He was so pleasant, just what we needed after a very long day. The room was beautiful and the view was amazing. In the morning, Elana, the manager, greeted us so warmly and gave us a tour of the place. Checked in Friday. They put us in a wing set up for a wedding on Saturday. Saturday night the DJ began playing music that vibrated the room. Do better! Paying top price to relax. I will be calling corporate. Hotel only had 100 guests and has 350 rooms. Really?!? Otherwise beautiful property and location, rooms a little dated, spa was cold but service great.

We love visiting and staying at Playa Largo! Nina (Banquet Manager) deserves to be recognized as an outstanding employee with stellar customer service. During our 5 day stay over Thanksgiving, we saw Nina every day with a smile on her face helping guests and picking up used pool/beach towels to keep a clean resort environment. Even when faced with the challenge of a difficult guest who was smoking, Nina handled herself with great poise and professionalism. BEST STAY EVER. From start to finish. We stayed for five nights, checking in Monday and leaving Saturday. From the start our experience was magnificent. Tavoris checked us in and ensured everything we needed throughout our stay was met. Always greeted us with a smile and laugh. We loved the whole resort. The pool was great, great proximity to the beach, and a terrific location. Service was extraordinary, especially Jean at the sandbar. Nice to feel known, remembered, and important. My wife and I was celebrating my birthday in our anniversary. Tremendous experience. One of the best resorts we’ve ever stayed at. My favorite in Florida by far!
