Offering to clean the car means cleaning it, not the way it was delivered: in terrible condition, dirty and full of trash, with bad customer service, and at the office they just say "see the advisor" if I insist, everyone is washing their hands of it...
I had an appointment at 9 am to deliver my vehicle and they were receiving me until 9:50, very little commitment on their part, what a lack of punctuality.
The staff who helped me were very friendly; Gabriela Zamora was very attentive. And the finance people were very friendly too.
