I have had several cars from this brand, and I can say that they are very reliable, good quality, and comfortable,. The agent that assisted me is very friendly, but still there are several things they need to improve so as to make the potential customers feel more attracted to the cars they sell. The cars themselves deserve 4 or 5 stars, but the service needs to be improved, that's why I gave them 2 stars. They definitely need to improve their customers services.

I brought it here because they transferred to another university. Just for service, and they returned it to me with a scratch. They still wanted me to waste three days leaving it there for repairs. I called my insurance company, and since they knew it would cost them more to pay, the body shop manager, who had already left, magically reappeared and polished off the paint residue from another car. Terrible service; this is the second time they've done this to me. I bring it in for service, and my car comes out damaged.

Terrible customer service via WhatsApp. I don't know if it's just one person, but if it's María García, her customer service is awful. I asked for information about the promotion they have this May for the Mirage, but instead of providing it, she keeps giving me the runaround with invitations to the dealership, absurd raffles, and appointments. I already know the car; I want information, but it seems she's not providing any of it.
