Very good service, variety of prices and models, excellent treatment and availability
Excellent service and very good customer service, the staff were very friendly.
The service was very friendly, clear, quick, and effective. Our advisor, Mauricio Arzaluz, was excellent in his approach and kindness.
Bad service, poor customer service, poorly done and dirty. They return the vehicle just as dirty as it arrived (the service is supposed to include internal and external cleaning), they put oil in the engine wash, and they return it dripping. The staff lacks attention or follow-up. It's a good brand, but I don't recommend buying from them because of the poor service; no one takes responsibility.
