They did the 10,000 km service on my Outlander Sport, but they didn't wash it because they didn't have time. I told them about the noise coming from the dashboard, and they told me to make another appointment and gave me a number to get there faster, which, by the way, they never answered, so I had to go to the dealership to schedule the appointment. I've only had my L200 for two weeks, and the service from my advisor during the purchase process was excellent. I'm a little concerned about the after-sales reviews I've seen, but that hasn't been my experience yet. So far, I'm very satisfied with my purchase.
