I really like my truck; it's my second car of this brand! I'm delighted. I took it for its first service, and everything was excellent!
Terrible service. I went the day before yesterday and needed my car back quickly. They took a long time, and since the person who does the service is the same one who washes them, they should have more staff.
Durable cars, excellent service, spacious facilities – a very good brand in my opinion.
I'm extremely disappointed with Mitsubishi's service. I've been waiting weeks for a simple part—a light bulb—and they don't have it in stock. It's unacceptable that a brand of this caliber doesn't even have basic parts available. The lack of response and solutions demonstrates terrible planning and customer service. I don't recommend them.
I came for an invoice letter for my Mirage, but the person who prints them on Monday isn't here. They really let me down.
