They don't answer. I see I'm not the only one; I don't know if they just have the number for show or if the receptionists do too. I spent all morning calling to schedule a service and nothing. They finally answered reluctantly and said they'd call me back. Surprise, surprise, they didn't. Finally, I went to the dealership in person, and to my surprise, they weren't doing anything. They're not interested in selling; I've been on hold for almost an hour and they don't even answer, they didn't even send me to voicemail, they just hung up.

It's impossible that they can't provide a quote after 4 days. You go to the agency and the service staff makes you wait an hour in the waiting room only to then say they're having system problems. Terrible.
