Great customer service
The service is getting worse and worse. It's terrible for what you pay, and the car is never the way I want it. Every time I bring it in, the service is worse.
I bought a Mirage G4. The car met my expectations. They promised me two free service letters if I paid in cash, but they didn't deliver. I contacted Ms. Yesenia, and she just kept giving me the runaround. The after-sales service was terrible.
If you're thinking of buying a used car, DON'T DO IT! They don't inspect them, they don't perform any maintenance before you drive them off the lot, and they don't even change the oil to make sure everything is okay. They delivered a car to me with a damaged tire that I didn't notice until I got to my destination, even though I trusted that everything was fine. They didn't change the oil. NOTHING. They literally buy it and resell it. Don't make the same mistake I did!
