I haven't had any issues with maintenance, but their processing times are excessively long. If they're not currently receiving vehicles, they could at least release cars instead of making you wait an hour and a half (the vehicle is ready for delivery; you can see it parked in the service yard).
The maintenance service leaves much to be desired, as does the turnaround time. The staff are merely attentive; I've visited repeatedly on behalf of my company and it's always the same.
Excellent work environment, services and maintenance are done with care and quality, trained staff who ensure confidence for the vehicle, I was fortunate to work in these facilities and everything is done with methodology and precision.
The service staff is terrible; I hope they receive training for better customer service. Their wait times of two days or more for inspections are nothing like other agencies that are much more efficient.
Great cars, excellent sales and maintenance service. Vehicle reception and delivery are very professional. Great location and a very comfortable waiting area. The 2029 Montero Sport has a fantastic design.
