The cars are good, that's undeniable, but the after-sales service is terrible and completely inconvenient for the buyer. In my experience, they'll do everything they can to find legal or technical loopholes to avoid honoring the warranties. Sure, they treat you with superficial politeness, but deep down they never look out for the customer's well-being or their consumer rights. It's a work truck, it performs well off-road, has good acceleration for passing, and its hauling capacity is excellent; it pulls very well with weight. The only downside to the Mitsubishi dealership is the staff who greet us in the service area, as there's only one person. I should also mention that the maintenance service is very, very expensive. Excellent service from the technical staff: the prices are fair and they were very honest with me. My truck had a problem and hadn't been driven for months; they fixed it in one week. I think they could improve their customer service a bit, which is why I'm giving it four stars. But I will definitely continue to go there for service and parts.
