He is very patient and has excellent communication skills that make you feel completely confident, even when explaining the vehicle delivery process.
I remember they offered me a very low price for my 2013 Outlander Limited. If I wanted to trade in another car, it was the same; even for the first Mirage they launched, I had to pay the difference, and it barely had 60,000 km on it! Well, that really put me off buying from a dealership! Why do you guys devalue your own cars?
