My last service on my Outlander (major service) was a bad experience. After the service, when I turned on the air conditioning, the truck accelerated and decelerated on its own. This wasn't the problem before the service. They broke a lug nut on one of the tires and returned it to me like that. I didn't notice until days later, and since I'm not from Morelia, I decided to get it repaired myself. And at that service, they're supposed to return the vehicle with the engine washed. The person working in the service area (Jorge) has very poor customer service skills; he's completely inattentive, very dismissive, and unwilling to explain things to people who don't know much about cars. I suggest the company provide him with customer service training and encourage him to improve.
Terrible service. They never answer and they invent problems (or cause them; I have no proof but I also have no doubt).
They take a very long time to deliver the product, and their attitude is very apathetic. In short, I had a bad experience and I won't be coming back.
The mechanical service is slow. It took them about 3 weeks for an update. And they don't even wash the units after that time…
