Good car
Terrible service, very slow on everything, they charged us over $300 pesos for tire rotation and they don't rotate it at all, they just include it. The blower part broke last year, which is the part that blows air for the cooling system, and it took over 3 months for the part to arrive, and in the middle of summer. And now this year the part failed again when they supposedly put it in as new. I get suspicious every time I take it in for service because I don't even know if they'll change everything indicated on the invoice.

I bought a 2022 Montero Sport, the engine overheats while waiting in line at Calexico, the company knows about this problem in the new models and yet they sell it to you, they expect you to realize it to give you the warranty, 2 months waiting for a fan to cool, they made a mistake, they requested another one (according to), they don't answer calls, and when they answer they tell you they will call you back with the information and nothing.
