We dropped our Montero off for an oil change and brake change. I went to pick up the vehicle as schedule by them- they said it was not ready and would take another day- "would you like to see some oil leaks". We had no issues with oil leaks prior to our visit. I inspect the issue and the service writer pointed at the valve covers- both. Neither were leaking oil. They document your vehicle with photos and videos upon arrival, both inside and out, for any future reference. ‼️‼️👍 From the moment they receive your car until they return it to you, they provide detailed information on everything they did or found and notify you for your approval if any repairs or replacements are needed. Excellent overall.
Very bad, Mitsubishi Mazatlan, terrible customer service and disrespectful, they hang up on you.
