We dropped our Montero off for an oil change and brake change. I went to pick up the vehicle as schedule by them- they said it was not ready and would take another day- "would you like to see some oil leaks". We had no issues with oil leaks prior to our visit. I inspect the issue and the service writer pointed at the valve covers- both. Neither were leaking oil. Very bad, Mitsubishi Mazatlan, terrible customer service and disrespectful, they hang up on you.
Very Good. They document your vehicle with photos and video upon arrival, both inside and out, for any subsequent clarification. ‼️‼️👍 All their attention, from the moment they receive your car until they deliver it to you, details of everything they did or found and they notify you via VoBo if it needs repairs or replacements. VERY GENERAL.
