We dropped our Montero off for an oil change and brake change. I went to pick up the vehicle as schedule by them- they said it was not ready and would take another day- "would you like to see some oil leaks". We had no issues with oil leaks prior to our visit. I inspect the issue and the service writer pointed at the valve covers- both. Neither were leaking oil. They document your vehicle with photos and video upon arrival, both inside and outside for any subsequent clarification.‼️‼️👍 All of their Atn from the moment they receive your car until they deliver it to you, they detail every thing they did or found on it and notify you for your VoBo in case it requires repair or change. VERY GOOD IN GENERAL.
The TOD@S staff in general are very rude and harsh, they lack cordiality, that's why those of us from Mazatlán and the north have a family of rude ostiles and mamilas, relax, customer service is what the Agency lives for, train your people with good manners, apart from the switch never links, check it..
