They let several people reserve the same car (the only unit on the floor) and after having you go around in circles and wasting time, they sell the car to whoever they want. They don't respect the reservation. I'd rather go to another agency.
I took my truck in for service, excellent service, you have WiFi, snacks with coffee, soft drinks, water, etc.
