Outstanding service and attention when buying or servicing. Everyone has smile and are willing to help. They actually know their products, not just looking for the sale. I guess that's the difference when you have been around for a long time and planning on being here for the next generation. ExPats are welcome and everything from A to Z in English if that's what you need. Highly recommend!
Bad administration! They promise thing that they can't solve!
Beware of the estimates and supposed problems they report at this dealership. They make no effort to diagnose the problem with the car and quote exorbitant prices without really knowing what's needed. My recent example was with a brake warning light on. Without properly inspecting the car, they gave an estimate of nearly $30,000 pesos for the brake module. I asked them to thoroughly check the system to see if it wasn't something else, and with a rather arrogant attitude, they replied that it was the brake module and that's h... read more
