My experience with Mitsubishi, now a customer for the past three years, has been merely good. I own a Mirage, and I must say that the car and its three-cylinder engine have been reliable and very economical. In all those years, it has only reached 30,000 kilometers, and I've had all its services done at the dealership (which are a bit pricey, though, 2,800 pesos for those who are curious). Honestly, the seller's service was very good, I would even call it excellent, both before and after the sale.
Good service, but if you're going to charge for a service or part, provide it. It's not fair to charge for things you don't provide.
Excellent service. We were confused by the phone number. But they moved and have new numbers.
Good cars and I'm happy with the Outlander, but when I call to schedule service, no one answers. I go to the offices and there's zero customer service. I decide to get the services done elsewhere. After all, the warranty has expired, and I'm hesitant to buy another Mitsubishi because of this. I've had better experiences with other brands.
