My experience with Mitsubishi, now a customer for the past three years, has been merely good. I own a Mirage, and I must say that the car and its three-cylinder engine have been reliable and very economical. In all those years, it has only reached 30,000 kilometers, and I've had all its services done at the dealership (which are a bit pricey, though, 2,800 pesos for those who are curious). Honestly, the seller's service was very good, I would even call it excellent, both before and after the sale.
Good service, but if you're going to charge for a service or part, provide it. It's not fair to charge for things you don't provide.
