Mitsubishi is coming back to town, after some years of absence, they are opening new car agencies and have brought new models for their loyal clients. They have a great sales crew waiting for you, pay them a visit, maybe you will find that your new car is waiting for you in there.

The staff are excellent, but the problem with that dealership is the parking. It's always full of their cars and trucks on display, making it a real struggle for us customers. I've been there several times and never found a spot. I've even had to drive all the way to HEB to park and then walk to the dealership—a real problem!

Terrible service. I called to request a pre-trip inspection and they did NOTHING. They offered me the 3999 summer package and it's awful; they just make the car dirty. They make you pay before even inspecting it, and they returned it to me filthy, with oil on the windows and without vacuuming, even though that was supposed to be included in the package. They leave parts loose. They want to keep it longer, and they don't tell you why. The people there don't take responsibility, the manager isn't there, doesn't answer calls, ... read more

It's impossible to contact parts; you call their extension and no one answers, you call service/reception and they ask for your information, supposedly to pass it on to parts and call you back, but they never do. This is a third-rate "dealership" with worse service than the corner shop.

Terrible customer service for warranty claims! Almost two months without a response from the warranty manager, and to make matters worse, they don't give you any option on who to contact for an answer. I'll never buy a vehicle from this brand again!
