Terrible service. I dialed to ask them for inspection before going out on the road and they did NOTHING. They offered me the summer package for 3999 and it sucks; They only make it dirty for you. They make you pay before checking it and they gave it to me dirty, with oil on the windows and without vacuuming and it was supposed to be in the package. They leave loose pieces. Two months ago, I bought four engine mounts, at an approximate cost of $6,000. I took them to my trusted mechanic to be installed, and he charged me $3,000 to install them. Turns out they were defective, and the engine moves a lot. I went to the dealership to see if they had a warranty. Turns out they did, so I made an appointment for the next one (20 days)... Terrible service in the workshop, to begin with they do not answer calls both on the switchboard and on the cell phone, I took my car to service and the day after taking it out, the car showed the engine alert, I called to report it and that they would receive it again and their response was that they would take it back in 2 weeks, after calling again they received the unit and it will be there for a week. This brand is not worth it.

I come to complain to you again. They have taken things from me twice now, 2 USBs that I had in the car, and the truck's antenna, I realized that they took it away after returning to my house. If you need a service or something, go to another agency if possible and if not, be very careful.
