Mitsubishi is coming back to town, after some years of absence, they are opening new car agencies and have brought new models for their loyal clients. They have a great sales crew waiting for you, pay them a visit, maybe you will find that your new car is waiting for you in there.

Terrible service and staff attitude in this area. Yesterday, I took my car to this branch, and the advisor assigned to me never answered any calls or messages all day. I kept sending WhatsApp messages until he finally replied, and he even got annoyed because he was on his lunch break from the morning when I sent the first message until 3 pm. The Mitsubishi staff's attitude is appalling. The service department is absolutely terrible. If you have the opportunity to get your car serviced, at least at this branch… avoid it.

Terrible service. I called to request a pre-trip inspection and they did NOTHING. They offered me the 3999 summer package and it's awful; they just make the car dirty. They make you pay before even inspecting it, and they returned it to me filthy, with oil on the windows and without vacuuming, even though that was supposed to be included in the package. They leave parts loose. They want to keep it longer, and they don't tell you why. The people there don't take responsibility, the manager isn't there, doesn't answer calls, ... read more

Everyone was so kind to me, from the receptionists... the maintenance and cleaning staff, etc. EVERYONE IS SO LOVELY ❤️❤️

The staff are excellent, but the problem with that dealership is the parking. It's always full of their cars and trucks on display, making it a real struggle for us customers. I've been there several times and never found a spot. I've even had to drive all the way to HEB to park and then walk to the dealership—a real problem!
