I took my L200 in for service, and when I went to pick it up, they rushed it back. I checked it, and the first thing I noticed was that they hadn't changed the air filter, AC filter, or oil. I filed a complaint, and they scheduled me for the next day to have the service done again. According to them, they "didn't realize" that my vehicle hadn't been serviced. I think it's disrespectful to the customer, considering the time and money paid (which isn't cheap to maintain the warranty that the brand supposedly offers). It's a s... read more
MANUEL MARTINEZ AND AMBROSIO'S CARABINA... If you're thinking of buying a Mitsubishi right now, DON'T DO IT, since in recent years their service area only has nut changers... They don't have technical staff to provide solutions or be proactive; they only have incompetent and negligent staff, starting with Manuel... Impeccable, high-quality service My car always looks like new every time I take it to their service center. I have nothing but good things to say about all their advisors and employees.
The service is deplorable. I left my car a week ago and they haven't updated its status. Is this really a Japanese company? The service is incredibly unprofessional.
