This buissness should have higher stars for service. From start to finish Mayra our sales specialist was supper helpful, with, tracking, financial transactions, tags/registration, delivery, photos. It is my wife’s first new vehicle and they threw us a celebration. I’m really grateful we went here. I can’t speak for everyone, but we were really taken good care of, and I really recommend it them.

Ordered a radiator for a Montero Limited, apparently there was one available in the Mexico but after we transferred the money it was then unavailable, the only option being to source one from Japan which would take too long. I found one elsewhere and requested a refund, one month and many phonecalls later I am still waiting. It seems that refunds only happen at the end of the month; how ridiculous, holding onto customers money for no valid reason is borderline fraud. Will be very wary of doing business with them in future.

I was very pleased with the service. The sales executive, Manuel, was very attentive and punctual. I loved that I could test drive several vehicles without any hassle, allowing me to choose the most suitable one. They delivered the vehicle I requested in just a few days—not months like at other dealerships. And the financing was incredibly low at 5.3% per year. I was thrilled.
