This buissness should have higher stars for service. From start to finish Mayra our sales specialist was supper helpful, with, tracking, financial transactions, tags/registration, delivery, photos. It is my wife’s first new vehicle and they threw us a celebration. I’m really grateful we went here. I can’t speak for everyone, but we were really taken good care of, and I really recommend it them.

Ordered a radiator for a Montero Limited, apparently there was one available in the Mexico but after we transferred the money it was then unavailable, the only option being to source one from Japan which would take too long. I found one elsewhere and requested a refund, one month and many phonecalls later I am still waiting. It seems that refunds only happen at the end of the month; how ridiculous, holding onto customers money for no valid reason is borderline fraud. Will be very wary of doing business with them in future.

I don't know what's going on with Mitsubishi Cancun, but my L200 pickup needed shock absorbers and they didn't have any stock, so I had to wait 15 days. And now the clutch has failed. Another 15 days without using my truck because they don't have all the parts either... so now I don't feel like trading in my 2022 L200 pickup for another Mitsubishi... Is this weird or normal? Or am I just unlucky? Thanks! Of course, with pleasure. The advisor Misael Poot from Mitsubishi Cancun has my number.
