The customer service is absolutely terrible. There are always these women with awful attitudes; they don't give you any details about the cost of the service or what it includes, and they even leave you on read. Besides, these services are incredibly expensive, and to top it all off, they treat you badly. It's just not right. It's awful being enslaved by this damn policy. These people think they're doing you a favor. It's appalling. It's a shame they ruin the excellent sales work.
Very bad service, they don't even clean the cars properly or show you the fluid levels after servicing. I'm only here to keep the warranty valid.
