My stay at the JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes was enjoyable overall, but there was a significant issue that needs to be addressed. The property itself is beautiful, the pool area is fantastic, and the food at the restaurants was excellent. The resort has a great atmosphere, and much of the staff we encountered were friendly and professional. So many reasons to love this property, every detail is attended to. The staff are amazing and friendly professionals. Andrea, Paola and Travis at the front desk stand it for their kindness. J.P. and the Ritz Carlton pool went it if his way to be helpful. And Chad from the bell stand who has taken care of my bellman needs over 15 years. I've been staying at this property since 2005 and I dream of returning.

I had a great stay at the JW Marriott. The hotel is beautiful, the service is excellent, and the staff is very attentive. I came to Orlando to visit Universal Studios, and the location is convenient. Considering the high prices of hotels closer to Universal, the JW Marriott offers very good value for the quality of service and rooms. Breakfast was good, and we tried two of the restaurants—both were enjoyable. This hotel was great!!!! I had a bag misplaced and Josh K the manager went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. He did everything he could to locate my bag. They were very accommodating and helpful. I would suggest staying here with your family and dog for any trip to Orlando. Breakfast buffet was also wonderful.

We recently stayed at the JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes for one night before departing on a cruise. Unfortunately, our experience afterward was extremely disappointing and not at all what we expected from a luxury resort of this caliber. About 15 minutes after checking out, we realized we had accidentally left our stroller in the closet of our room. My husband immediately called the bell desk and explained the situation.
