One of my favorite staycations in Orlando! I have stayed multiple times because of how comfortable the rooms are and how amazing the lazy river and pool is!! I highly recommend this if you have kids, or if you just love to spend time in an amazing pool! The service at the pool is very nice, with servers that come around for drinks. I wish I could give this resort more than 5 stars! We had an incredible experience from the beginning to the end of our stay. Our check in was smooth and accommodating, our room was extremely clean, and plenty of luxury amenities. Customer service is top notch throughout! The pool area is extensive and the kids loved the water slides! We ate at several restaurants including dinner at the Ritz. My family and I had an amazing time here. The pool is awesome and there is a lazy river with water slides. We had a server come to us many times in any seat we sat in at the pool. During our stay there was some kind of convention going on but the property is so large there is room for it. I loved the little stores and the garden near the backside of the property. Rooms were spacious and well equipped!! Only gave a 4 as my husband felt the bed was a bit on the firm side. Yoursla (sp?) was a standout at the front desk!! She was very helpful and accommodating!! Made our staycation memorable:)
