⭐️⭐️ JW Marriott at Grande Lakes – Beautiful Grounds, But Poor Service Experience. The pool, cabanas, and restaurant service at the JW Marriott Grande Lakes are fantastic — no complaints there. The food at the restaurants is great, and the staff by the pool are attentive and friendly. Unfortunately, the same can’t be said for room service or housekeeping. We ordered room service at 7 PM and got a message saying, “The kitchen is experiencing higher than normal volume… your delivery time will be between 10 and 11 PM.” That’s... read more

Great resort for families! We loved the pool with slides, kids’ activities, and relaxing vibe. As a Titanium Elite member, I’ve stayed at many Marriott properties—this one stands out. Special thanks to Melrose Palmer for her amazing customer service on our last day. She truly went the extra mile. Highly Recommend!

We spent 5 nights at the JW in October. It is a good hotel and significantly better priced than Disney properties we have stayed in. Check-in: We arrived later in the evening and go into our rooms quickly. Staff: Most of the staff were pretty good. The pool service was definitely slow and not the best. Rooms: The rooms are average but nice. We had 4 rooms and 1 of them did smell musty and stale, but they moved us right away to another one down the hall. This is a very pretty and large hotel with beautiful grounds. The hotel has quite a few stores in the lobby including a Starbucks and convenience store. Additionally, the hotel has a golf resort as well as a water park and multiple very large pools. This is a great place to bring your family and relax while the kids run on the water slides and play in the pool. Had the pleasure of attending a conference at this excellent hotel in April. The conference facility was outstanding both from the physical space to the catering and especially the hospitality staff. The hotel itself mirrors the conference facility in excellence. The rooms are perfect for business travellers with more than enough plugs and excellent workspace.
