This boutique hotel is a gem of Cabo. Small, quiet, peaceful and in the perfect location away from all the hub-bub but not too far. The rooms are spacious and offer great views. The food, service, and especially the view at their restaurant is top notch, and if you get tired of the menu you can eat at one of the hotels next door at an discounted rate or the amazing burrito shop across the street. The property is truly one of a kind and so beautiful. The environment is so calming and quiet, perfect for a relaxing beach vacation. The food at breakfast, the pool, and dinner was all delicious, really wasn’t expecting it to be so good! And above all else the staff is truly so kind, they really get to know the guests and are eager to ask you questions and learn about you! We have already told our friends to come here and wow can’t imagine how amazing of a wedding venue it is! Cannot recommend enough!

‏the hotel was not my choice I was here for a business retreat. It is absolutely the most beautiful place you've ever seen. The staff is very friendly and eager to help. You cannot go in the ocean of this Oceanfront Resort you have to sign a release that if you go in it's at your own risk. There are lots of stairs so if you have any mobility issues stay away. The only restaurant on the resort food is just okay and expensive. Most meals, from the time I ordered it took over an hour to get the food. They have room service menu... read more

We spent the weekend at Mar del Cabo and loved every minute. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. We had an ocean view balcony suite, and wow. Not only did it have a balcony overlooking the ocean; the bed also faced a wall of sliding glass panels that had an unfettered ocean view. The resort is so peaceful and beautiful, with plants and flowers overhanging the stairways and walkways. The pool and beach area are immaculate, with plenty of seating and space. We really loved it!

Loved it! - Super cute, great staff and food. We loved the view at breakfast time!! Whale watching the whole time!! Our room had a little kitchenette, enough for reheating stuff and a microwave if you feel like just chilling in your room sometimes. Pool table was fun in the lobby as well. Great view from their beach area, but if you feel like a change of pace, you can reserve and pay for a day pass to their neighboring bigger hotels next door. Nice to mix it up the pool scene.
