Our family recently stayed at LUMA Times Square and it was great. The two King room was perfect for the four of us and the staff was always warm and accommodating. Centrally located between Times Square & Bryant Park, near several different subway lines made exploring NYC very easy. Definitely recommend this hotel!

Exceeded every expectation. Spotlessly clean, incredibly quiet, and two king beds in NYC felt luxurious and rare. The complimentary sound machine made sleep effortless. Truly lived up to (and beyond) its TripAdvisor rating. Thank you for caring hotel staff and team you are what makes this hotel what it is.

Spacious rooms for the location. Everything was clean. Hotel staff was attentive. And it's right next to Bryant park, times square and a subway station. It met my needs perfectly for a business trip. The only thing that wasn't great was the water being a bit murky when refilling for things like coffee. So I just ended up using bottled water.

This hotel is fantastic, the staff are extremely welcoming and took care of my son too. Doormen were exceptionally mannered and very helpful. I cannot fault the hotel with only one exception; Housekeeping is inconsistent, sometimes coffee is topped up, but no creamer or stirrers, another day creamer but no coffee. Same goes for toiletries, sometimes refreshed, sometimes not. I know the HK staff are different daily, they do a great job and properly clean the rooms, but it's hit and miss.
