I will tell everyone to stay at LUMA when going to NYC. It is right in Time Square but the rooms are QUIET. The staff was fantastic. The rooms were a great size and had 2 king size beds. The valet parking was easy. Since we booked online directly with LUMA we got free breakfast and a voucher to use towards dining/drinks. There were slippers (for us to take home) in each room and an umbrella and robes to use while staying at the hotel. They put thought into your stay and it shows.

Our stay at the Luma Hotel was nothing short of incredible. From the immaculate rooms to the exceptional restaurant, every detail reflected excellence at the highest level. We booked Luma NYC for our family vacation and the reviews lived up to the expectations. It can be tough to find a spot in the city that actually feels comfortable for everyone, but this nailed it. The staff was wonderful and the location was perfect for getting around, but the best part was that our room was actually quiet, which is a total win when you're traveling with the family and need some actual sleep. Despite being so close to Timesquare, it is very quiet. The bedroom is large and spacious, bed is comfy, sheets are soft 🤗 the shower is nice and spacious as well. I like that they have a sheer on the window so that you can get some privacy without cutting all the natural light. I like the USB-C plugs on the bedside table. The welcome desk was super nice, I had a great experience with them, makes all the difference! The bar is nice as well with the dim lights, it has a lounge vibe that is very cool

LUMA was a perfect hotel for our weekend in NYC. We had 2 Broadway shows to see, and both were very close by. We only needed to take a cab one time our whole stay since everything we needed was so close. The staff were some of the friendliest we’ve ever experienced. Our room was very clean and the bathroom amenities smelled so good! The restaurant downstairs provided me with easily the best steak I’ve ever had, and again, very friendly service. We would absolutely stay here again!
